Sequence of work
The method statement follows the real on-site sequence, with controls tied to each step rather than listed separately at the end.
- Drawing review, isolation identification and permit arrangements agreed

- Bracket and support setting out, pipework installation and jointing
- Hot works permit with fire watch where flame jointing is used
- Pressure test to specification with test records issued
- Chlorination, flushing and sampling to the water hygiene regime

- ✓ NVQ Level 2 or 3 in plumbing or pipefitting
- ✓ Gas Safe registration where gas work is undertaken
